The aluminium frame is made up of high-strength profiles and uses quad-slot tubing technology. This allows for the modular construction system as well as various options for expansion. In addition to this, the tubing system also ensures security and protection, even in extreme weather conditions. High-strength aluminium alloys and galvanised steel guarantee a long-lasting connection.
During the planning phase, equitent goes beyond the minimum qualitative standards of product certification EN 15619. The durable and long-lasting tarpaulins are equipped with special low-wick coated polyester threads in addition to a PVDF coating. This improves weather resistance, prevents the build-up of grime on the surface and inhibits the penetration of moisture. Furthermore, in accordance with DIN 4102 and EN 13501 standards, the tarpaulins are flame-resistant, UV-resistant, and resistant to fungus and spores (fungicidal).

In order to guarantee the standard of quality, all employees undergo regular internal and external training and development regarding the topic of quality and safety. The construction, structural analysis and planning of all structures is checked by the TÜV. In addition to this, the company is also advised and supervised by the LGA (Bavarian State Office for Commerce and Trade) in relation to quality and safety.
